Rates and Payment Information

All payments may be made by certified cheque or money order in US dollars only please. State your name, rental dates and advise that the deposit is for Kinloch rental.

NOTE: Details, services and rates are subject to change at any time and should be confirmed at time of booking.

	Rates include up to 4 people per apartment, US$100/week for each extra person.

	10% discounts for reservations of 4 weeks or longer apply.

	Gratuity for Tina's maid service is not included. It is at your discretion but customary in Barbados (10%).

A 25% deposit is required upon booking. With notice of cancellation 6 weeks or more before arrival, the deposit will be refunded less US$100. The deposit will be nonrefundable if 6 weeks or less notice is given.
